Italianni's has always been great. While it's not really that affordable, their dishes more than makes up for the price they charge for each item.
The Italianni's in the (fairly) new Gateway Mall is (for me) different from the other branches. Their crew are so... happy. They're such a vibrant group what you can't help but to share their cheeriness. It's like being in the Twilight Zone.
Anyway. The restaurant manager takes time to chat a bit with the customers, and the servers are always on hand. Well, I suppose that's because they don't have much to do since their branch is not really packed during the weekday.
But yeah... try dining at Italianni's Gateway. It's one helluva experience.
And order the Penne Arrabiata.
